What size is the sponsor booth & where will sponsors be located?
All sponsors will receive one trestle table or a high bar leaner table (please let us know your preference). If you prefer to bring your own table, we can also accommodate that, just let us know in advance. Chairs will also be provided. Sponsors will be located in t he Workshop Space as show below - the dividers between rooms will be open so you will be part of the entire event space. The Large Event Space is where the sessions will be held. All sponsors will have an allocated/dedicated space.
What is included with the booth?
Other than the one trestle table or a high bar leaner table, chairs will also be provided. We will also provide plugs and extension cords. If you would like to hire a mobile TV/screen unit, we can faciltate that for you via the Venue for $300+GST for two days. If you questions about other items, or want to discuss options, you can book a call with Emily here. You are also welcome to bring banners and other items to go behind or next to your trestle table. All sponsors will have an allocated/dedicated space.
Where is the event being held?
This event is being hosted at Fishburners, located in the prime of Sydney’s CBD on York Street, Wynyard.
How long is the event?
The event is over two full days, from 9am - 5pm on Day 1. There will be a networking event in the same location at the end of Day 1, running through till 7pm (drinks & snacks included). Day 2 will run from 9am - 4pm.
Is there food and drink available?
All ticket holders receive tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch for both days of the event. Also included is drinks and canapes at the networking event on Day 1.
Is there accommodation at the venue?
No, there is no accommodation at the venue. The venue is located close by to many hotels available at a range of budgets, including Novotel Sydney City Centre directly across from the venue plus it is only 2mins walk from Wynyard Train Station.
What date is the "Networking Party"?
The Networking Party happens on Thursday, 5th September and all attendees are invited to join us for an evening of networking and fun.
Is this an official HighLevel event?
This is not an official HL event but the hope is to serve the HL community based in APAC.
What is the VIP Event?
We will be holding an exclusive VIP event limited to 20 people on Wednesday 4th September. All drinks and food will be included and this is your chance to connect and network with the top agency owners and HighLevel businesses from APAC.
